摘　　要：目的观察强制性运动在脑梗死早期康复护理中的实施效果。方法对照组60例常规运动护理,观察组60例强制性运动康复护理训练,对比分析不同护理实施后效果。结果护理后观察组患者的Barther指数、FMA评分、治疗有效率与对照组差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论脑梗死患者早期康复护理中实施强制性运动预后效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of compulsory exercise in the rehabilitation nursing of early cerebral infarction. Methods The control group of 60 cases of regular exercise,observation group of 60 cases of compulsory exercise rehabilitation nursing training,comparative analysis of the effect of different nursing after implementation. Results The Barther index,FMA score,the effective rate of the treatment and the difference between the control group were significantly P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of mandatory exercise on the implementation of compulsory exercise in patients with cerebral infarction is remarkable.
