摘　　要：2010年12月至2011年1月,对福泉山遗址吴家场等三个地点进行发掘,清理了4座良渚文化墓葬及其他遗迹。本文重点报道了吴家场的4座良渚文化墓葬,其中M207为良渚文化晚期权贵大墓,随葬玉琮、璧、钺,以及象牙权杖、人头盖骨碗等重要遗物,由此可以确认吴家场墓地是人工堆筑的良渚文化权贵墓地。Fuquanshan Site is a central settlement site of the Liangzhu Culture; the Fuquanshan Cemetery excavated in the 1980s is important data for the studies on the Liangzhu Culture. The excavation in 2010 uncovered 231 sq m in total, from which six burials, 14 ash pits, three ash ditches and one water well were recovered. Four of the six burials were that of the Liangzhu Culture and yielded rich grave goods, including jades, stone implements, pottery wares and other artifacts, over 400 pieces in total, among which there were jade congprismatic tubes, bi-discs, yue-battle axes, ivory scepter, etc., and confirmed that the tombs M204 and M207 were the elite burials of the late Liangzhu Culture and the Wujiachang Cemetery was an artificial mound cemetery of the elites of the Liangzhu Culture.
