摘　　要：随着"科教兴国"发展战略的提出,各大高校也相继推出了扶持大学生科技创新成果的研究和转化的措施,因此高校大学生科技创新成果如"雨后春笋"般涌现。大学生科技创新成果转化在适应当今社会发展方面还有一些问题,本文旨在研究大学生科技成果转化的问题并提出相应措施。With the formulation of the development strategy of ＂developing the country through science and education＂, major colleges and universities have also launched the measures to support the research and transformation of university students＇ scientific and technological innovation achievements, so university students＇ scientific and technological innovation achievements emerge like mushrooms after rain. There are still some problems in the adaptation of the achievement transformation of university students＇ scientific and technological innovation to contemporary social development. Therefore, this paper aims to study the problems in the achievement transformation of university students＇ scientific and technological innovation and propose corresponding measures.
