新形势下高校研究生思想政治教育的实施主体分析

摘　　要：随着高校研究生在校人数的逐年增加,研究生的思想政治教育正面临着巨大的挑战。当前,高校的研究生思想政治教育体系还很不完善,研究生思想政治教育队伍亟待健全。本文从分析目前研究生思想政治教育工作中存在的问题出发,探讨导师在研究生思想政治教育工作中的定位,提出导师是研究生思想政治教育的实施主体,并在此基础上有针对性地提出加强导师在研究生思想政治教育中作用发挥的有效措施。With the increasing number of graduate students, the ideological and political education of graduate students is facing a great challenge. At present, the ideological and political education system of university graduate students still needs to be improved and the team needs to be perfected. On the basis of analyzing the present problems of ideological and political education,this paper discusses the location of the tutor in the ideological and political education, and proposes that the tutor is the subject of the ideological and political education. And on this basis, it is targeted to put forward the effective measures to strengthen the tutor＇s function in the ideological and political education of the graduate students.
