解读《学记》之大学生的闲暇教育

摘  要:《学记》是世界上最早一篇研究教育问题的文章,其并非以传播具体知识内容为主,而是一本探讨教育现象相关理论的"修行"专论。《学记》中有一段详细阐述了关于学生的学习内容和学习时间有效利用,"正业"与"居学"并举,书本知识和兴趣爱好,专业技能和个人性情熏陶之间密不可分的联系,启迪闲暇教育对于学生全面和谐发展的重要性。而现今,真正做到一位贴近学生生活和心灵的教育者,既要努力引导和扩充学生的知识面,更应该鼓励和开发学生的潜在兴趣和爱好;把握好学生学习时间分配的"度"的分界。"On Study" is the world's first article on education issues. It is not an article with specific knowledge spread as the main part, but rather a "practice- based" monograph exploring theories related to education phenomena. "On Study" specifies students' effective utilization of learning contents and time based on the combination of "main courses" and "homework". Book knowledge and hobbies are closely related to each other, so are professional skills and personal cultivation, so leisure education is important for students' comprehensive and harmonious development. At present, as an educator who can truly enter students' life and mind, one should not only strive to guide and expand students' scope of knowledge, but also encourage and develop students' potential interests and hobbies, and effectively guide students' learning time distribution.
