颞部三针透穴刺法加耳穴疗法治疗偏头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察颞部三针透穴刺法加耳穴疗法治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:将60例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组运用颞部三针透穴刺法加耳穴疗法,对照组口服芬必得和尼莫地平片,对两组进行近期和远期效果观察与客观评价。结果:两组近期疗效、远期疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:颞部三针透穴刺法加耳穴疗法治疗偏头痛疗效显著,且具有远期防治作用。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of migraine treated with needling three points in tempo- ral region with penetration method plus auricular treatment. Methods：Sixty patients with migraine were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 cases in each group. Needling three points in temporal region with penetration method plus auricular therapy was applied for treatment group,and oral Ibupronfen and Nimodipine for the control group,immediate and long-term effects of two groups were ob- served and evaluated. Results：Comparing the immediate and long-term effect in two groups,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The efficacy of needling three points in temporal region with penetration method plus auricular treatment is significant,and had long-term preventive effect.
