摘 要:提出一种超环面混合励磁电机,介绍该电机的结构特征和工作原理,分析其磁路耦合的特性。考虑蜗杆内定子电枢绕组与行星轮磁齿的电磁啮合关系,建立该新型电机的磁动势模型,推导电磁参数的解析表达式及动态数学模型。运用矩阵分析的方法,导出该电机的特性分析模型,并对其动态特性进行仿真计算与分析。对实验样机的性能参数进行测试,实验数据与仿真结果的规律性一致,表明该文对超环面电机电磁参数分析的方法有效,并验证了在此基础上得到的电机特性仿真结果的正确性。研究结果为这种新型电机结构的优化设计和进一步的控制器设计提供了理论依据。A novel toroidal motor with hybrid excitation was proposed in this paper, the special structure and principle of the motor were presented, and characteristics of its magnetic circuit were analyzed. The magneto-motive models were built based on the electromagnetic meshing relationship between inner stator and magnetic teeth of planets, the analytic expressions of electromagnetic parameters and mathematical model were deduced. The model of characteristic analysis was derived by means of matrix analysis, and the dynamic characteristics were simulated. The test of performance parameters for model machine was carried out, the experimental findings and simulation results are well agreed as expected. The results confirm the rationality of the electromagnetic parameters and the correctness of the characteristic simulation. The research is useful for optimum design and controller design further for the novel motor.
