农户生态养殖认知及其行为的不一致性分析——以水禽养殖户为例

摘　　要：采用湖北、浙江、江苏、安徽、山东、河北等六省的调研数据,对农户的生态养殖认知和行为状况进行了考察,并对两者之间的不一致性进行了分析。结果表明:农户的生态养殖认知程度比较低,在总分为5分的认知问题中,得分在3分及以上的农户仅为31.8%,农户的生态养殖行为决策得分更低,得分在3分及以上的农户仅为13.76%;农户的生态养殖认知和其行为决策的相关性很弱,呈现出较强的不一致性;各影响因素对农户生态养殖认知和行为的影响程度存在明显的差异。提出政府要加大对农户有关生态养殖知识的宣传和培训,加强新型农业经营主体和新型职业农民的培育,并要加大对畜禽业的质量体系监管强度,确保生产出生态安全的畜禽产品。Based on the investigation data of six provinces（Hubei, Zhejiang,Jiangsu Anhui, Shan- dong, Hebei ）, this paper studies the cognition of farmer＇s ecological farming and their behaviors and al- so analyzes the inconsistency between farmer＇s cognition and behaviors.The result shows that the score of the ecological awareness of farmers is relatively low.As for the cognitive qestions, the total score is five, farmers who scored in three points or more are only 31.8 %, the score of ecological decision is much lower,and farmers who scored in three points or more are only 13.76%.The correlation between cogni- tion and behavior about farmer＇s ecological farming of farmers is weak,which showed a strong inconsist- ency.There are obvious differences between the influencing degree of all factors on cognition and behav- ior of farmer＇ s ecological farming. Therefore, this paper proposes several suggestions. Firstly, govern- ments should strengthen the publicity and training about farmer＇s ecological farming knowledge.Second- ly,cultivation of new-type agricultural operation subjects and new-type professional farmers should be stengthened.Thirdly, quality system supervision of livestock and poultry industry should be strengthened so as to ensure ecologically safe animal products.
