珠三角城市群内部职能专业化的影响因素分析

摘　　要：近十几年来,珠三角城市群经济一体化水平明显提高,产业发展呈现出向职能专业化演进的趋势。在对珠三角城市群管理职能专业化水平进行测度的基础上,运用珠三角城市群9个城市2003-2012年的面板数据对珠三角城市群管理职能专业化的影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明,珠三角城市群的商品房价格、每千人教师数和第三产业占GDP的比重等指标与城市管理职能专业化水平正相关,而商业用地价格、人均地方财政预算支出和进出口总额占GDP的比重等指标对城市管理职能专业化产生显著的负向影响。基于对影响因素的进一步讨论,提出了相关政策建议。In the period of economic transition, carrying out a series of regional economic integration Pearl River Delta City Group （ PRD city group） has been policies. Empirical research using panel data dated from year 2003 to 2012 is targeted at the influencing factors based on the measurement of functional specialization level of PRD city group. The regression analysis of panel data fixed on effect model shows that the six factors have different effects on the functional specialization. Related policy proposals are given after further discussion of the influencing factors.
