摘　　要：介绍了变频器在潘三选煤厂的应用,阐述了从改善变频器运行温度及加装隔离模块等方面对变频器的现场实际应用进行改进,分析了电机绕组过热、主回路跳闸、延时电阻烧坏等变频器故障及其原因,并探讨了避免变频器的系统干扰所采取的维护措施。The application of converter in Pansan coal preparation plant was introduced in the first, then improvements of converter were expounded from aspects such as improving running temperature of converter and adding isolation module and so on.The converter failures like motor winding overheating, main loop tripping and burnout of time-lapse resistance and their reasons were analyzed.Maintenance measures which should be taken in order to avoid systematic interference of converter were discussed at last.
