摘 要:本试验通过不同用量的浓缩糖蜜发酵液(CMS)替代部分豆粕,探究其对泌乳牛生产性能、营养物质表观消化率、瘤胃发酵、血清指标的影响。试验选用45头泌乳中期经产荷斯坦奶牛,按年龄、体重、胎次、泌乳天数、乳体细胞数、产奶量等相近的原则随机分为3组,每组15头,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮基础上分别用0.75%和1.50%CMS替代部分豆粕(饲喂基础),各组饲粮基本等氮等能。预试期2周,正试期8周。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)1.50%CM S替代组能显著提高泌乳牛的干物质采食量、产奶量、乳蛋白率和粗蛋白质表观消化率(P<0.05);2)0.75%CMS替代组能显著降低奶牛的乳体细胞数(P<0.05);3)0.75%CMS替代组和1.50%CMS替代组每头牛增收效益分别为0.62和3.72元/d;4)CMS替代部分豆粕对泌乳牛瘤胃发酵没有显著性影响(P>0.05);5)CMS替代部分豆粕对泌乳牛的血清指标没有显著性影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,泌乳牛饲粮中用1.50%CMS替代部分豆粕能提高的生产性能和粗蛋白质表观消化率,同时能带来较好的经济效益。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of including condensed molasses fermentation solubles( CMS) to replace part of soybean meal in diets on production performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,rumen fermentation and serum indexes of dairy cows. A total of 45 Holstein cows in mid-lactation period were randomly allocated to 3 groups with 15 cows per group based on age,body weight,parity,days in milk,milk somatic count and milk yield. Cows in control group were fed a basal diet,and in diets for cows in the other two groups,0. 75 % and 1. 50 % CMS( as-fed basis) were included to replace part of soybean meal in the basal diet,respectively. All the three diets were mainly isoenergetic and isonitrogenous. The experiment last for 10 weeks with the first 2 weeks for adaptation. The results showed as follows: compared with control group,1) replacement of soybean meal with 1. 50 % CMS could increase dry matter intake,milk yield,milk protein percentage and the apparent digestibility of crude protein significantly( P〈0. 05); 2) replacement of soybean meal with 0. 75 % CMS could decrease milk somatic cell count significantly( P〈0. 05); 3) net profits per cowwere 0. 62 or 3. 72 yuan in the replacement of soybean meal with 0. 75 % and 1. 50 % of CMS,respectively; 4) there were no significant effects of partial replacement of CMS for soybean meal on rumen fermentation of dairy cows( P〉0. 05); 5) there were no significant effects of partial replacement of CMS for soybean meal on serum indexes of dairy cows( P〉0. 05). In conclusion,it can improve production performance and crude protein apparent digestibility to use 1. 50 % CMS replacing part of soybean meal in diets for dairy cows.
