摘　　要：对当前电子证书应用缺少一证通用的发展现状,以组织机构代码证为基础,结合PKI体系,充分利用组织机构代码的信息资源,提高了网络安全性和效率,易于扩展并与其他系统对接,有利于政府对网络资源的统一管理,以及面向新的发展方向和应用前景。In view of the current electronic certificate application lack of a common development status, based on the organization code certificate, combined with PKI, make the most of organization code certificate information recourse, increase efficiency and enhance network security, extensible and convenient for accessing other system, to the benefit of manage network resource information for government, meet the new development direction and application prospect.
