摘　　要：介绍了一种基于国产中标麒麟桌面操作系统和国产龙芯芯片的自主国产化会议安保门禁系统CLAC,结合国产操作系统的安全性和国产处理器的稳定性等特点,实现对人员出入的检测、信息显示、人员视频和照片抓拍、数据库同步等功能。系统经投入应用,在硬件、操作系统、应用软件三方面实现了全国产化,第一次在全自主国产软硬件平台上实现了门禁验证程序,系统已经达到可用的目标,在安全性上比基于Windows开发的会议安保系统具备先天优势。This paper presents a native access control system CLAC which uses the Neokylin desktop operating system and LOONGSON 3A, combined with the security of domestic operating system and the stability of domestic processor. The system offers multiple functions such as the personnel entry and exit inspection, information display, video and photo capture, and database synchronization. CLAC has been put into practical use, achieved the domestication in three aspects： hardware, operating system and application, and is the first native independent controllable access control equipment for conference security which offers the high security.
