摘　　要：低油价对国际钻井承包市场产生了巨大影响,整个行业进入了"寒冬"。油气勘探开发投资大幅减少,钻井工作量锐减,钻机利用率和日费下降;钻井承包市场规模减小,钻井承包商股价暴跌,融资更加困难。全球深水钻井工作量受油价暴跌的影响相对较小,但五大海上钻井承包商仍面临很大的经营压力。国际钻井承包商继续加强与大公司的战略联盟,处置超期服役钻机或低端低效钻机,压缩、延缓或取消新建钻机投资,自动化陆上钻机和高端海上钻井平台仍是赢得大客户和更多长期合同的关键。Low oil prices have had a huge impact on the international contract drilling market which has slipped into an economic winter. Exploration and development investment has dropped, resulting in dramatic decrease in drilling and wellcompletion expenditure, the number of drilled wells and active rotary rigs, rig utilization and day-rates, and drilling contracting revenues. Consequently share prices of international drilling contractors dived, reflecting substantial shrinkage of the market and leading to greater difficulty in financing. The impact of low oil prices on deep water drilling is less than on onshore drilling, but the big five offshore drilling contractors are still under great operating pressure. Therefore international drilling contractors have had to take some remedial measures, such as disposal of aging rigs or low-end rigs, reduction, delay or cancelation of investment in new rigs, and continued effort to strengthen strategic alliances with major clients. However, automated land rigs and high-end offshore drilling platforms remain essential for international drilling contractors to gain major clients and more long-term contracts.
