摘　　要：上海世茂深坑酒店19m高梯田式回填混凝土基础,具有浇筑地形复杂、厚度大、多标高、截面不规则等特点,故钢筋加工安装、模板支设、混凝土浇筑工艺复杂,难度很大。使用BIM技术确定合理分层、分块浇筑顺序,并应用MIDAS对混凝土温度分布进行分析,为实际养护提供了参考。另外,通过电子测温仪进行测温,实时跟踪,保证了回填混凝土基础的质量。19 meters high terrace foundation with backfill concrete foundation of Shanghai Shimao Chasm Hotel has the characteristics of complex terrain, large thickness, multi elevation, irregular section, etc. Therefore, reinforcement processing and installation, template support and concrete pouring process are complex and difficult. BIM technique is used to determine the reasonable stratification and the pouring sequence. The temperature distribution of concrete is analyzed by MIDAS, which provides a reference for the actual maintenance. In addition, temperature is measured by real-time tracking electronic thermometer to guarantee the quality of backfill concrete foundation.
