摘　　要：本文在广东会展行业岗位技能及构建会展企业职业资格证书体系的可行性研究的基础上,深入体现其经济社会效益,主要表现在加强会展专业建设、提高人才培养质量、实现校企深度融合、完善教学质量监控与测评体系、辐射带动专业群协调发展等多个方面。从会展专业人才需求的技能层面、岗位层面了解会展岗位核心能力,构建科学会展职业资格证书体系,促进会展人才发展,提升产业劳动质量,充分发挥其经济社会效益。Based on the feasibility research on the professional skills for Guangdong conference and exhibition industry and the construction of a vocational qualification certificate system for enterprises of conferences and exhibitions, this paper further dis-cusses it economic and social benefits which are mainly reflected in enhancing the construction of conference and exhibition major, improving talent cultivation quality, realizing deep college-enter-prise integration, improving teaching quality control and assess-ment system, and leading the collaborative development of the major cluster. From the levels of skill and post in the demand for conference and exhibition talents, this paper intends to learn about the core abilities of posts for conferences and exhibitions, construct a vocational qualification certificate system, promote the development of talents for conferences and exhibitions, improve the quality of relevant industrial labors, and give full play to its e-conomic and social benefits.
