摘  要:随着钻井技术的不断提高,各种复杂井、长封固段井、大位移井和非常规页岩井的固井过程中,由于钻井液中混入的油基物质,使套管和井壁表面形成油膜,影响了水泥石双界面的胶结强度,同时也影响着水泥浆的流动性、稠化时间、静胶凝强度和水泥石强度的发展,最终导致水泥浆顶替效率低、压稳失效以及水泥石本身强度和界面胶结强度差,在水泥浆凝固期间发生油气窜,造成层间封隔失败。针对这些问题优选出具有缓水性包衣材料的高吸油树脂和矿物质作为膨胀剂,设计出遇油膨胀水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系能实现水泥石微间隙或微裂缝的遇油自修复,提高水泥环的胶结强度,阻止地层油气的窜流,实现水泥石的长期完整性。在胜利油田桩西、车西2个油区进行现场试验,油基钻井液有助于提高固井质量。With the continuous improvement of drilling technology,cementing of all kinds of complex wells,include the wells with long cementing section and long displacement and unconventional shale wells,drilling fluid mixed with oil in the material induced an oil film on casings and borehole surface,it would affect double interface cementation strength of set cement,and also affect the liquidity of slurry,thickening time and the development of static gel strength and the strength of set cement,eventually it would result in low displacement efficiency of the slurry,cause the failure of pressure stability and poor strength of set cement itself and the interface cementation strength and as well as oil and gas channeling during cement solidification,the sealing of interlayers was failed.To solve the above problems,an oil expansion slurry system can be used for self-repairing of set cement micro-gap or microfractures in oil,improving the cementing strength of cement sheath,preventing oil and gas channeling in the formation,realizing the long-term integrity of set cement.
