摘  要:目的:应用Box-Behnken效应面法优化玄参的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇体积分数、溶媒比、提取时间为自变量,以总评"归一值"(包括安格洛苷C、哈巴苷、哈巴俄苷的含量及浸膏率)作为因变量,对自变量的各个水平采用二项式拟合,用Box-Behnken效应面法对提取工艺进行优化。结果:玄参的最优提取工艺为:提取时间75min,溶媒比为8倍,82%的乙醇,提取2次。二项式拟合复相关系数高(r=0.9777),回归模型的预测值与测定值的偏差率为-2.51%。结论:Box-Behnken效应面法优选的玄参提取工艺,合理可行,操作简便。Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Radix Scrophulariae by Box - Behnken design. Methods: To take the extraction time, solvent ratio and the ethanol concentration as independent variables, and take overall desirability as dependent varia- ble ( including the content of angorosideC, harpagide, harpagoside and extract yield), binomial formula was used to fit each level of independent variables, optimizing extraction process by Box - Behnken design and prediction was carried out through comparing ob- served and forecasted results. Results: Optimal extraction technology as follows: extracted 2 times for 75 minutes each time with 8 times amount of 82% ethanol. Regression coefficient of binomial fitting complex model was as high as 0. 9777. Bias between observed and predicted values was -2. 51%. Conclusion: Optimal extraction process of Radix Scrophulariae was stable and reasonable.
