两种甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨两种甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法选取2013年6月~2014年10月我院收治的甲状腺结节患者75例,所有患者按照随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组38例及对照组37例。对照组采用传统开放手术治疗,观察组采用腔镜下进行甲状腺结节手术。观察组患者的切口长度,术中出血量,手术及住院时间,并发症发生率等进行比较。结果观察组患者的总有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组的83.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的切口长度,术中出血量,手术时间及住院时间等指标,皆明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为10.52%,明显低于对照组的27.03%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腔镜下进行甲状腺结节手术可以明显提高临床疗效,术中出血量少,手术及住院时间明显缩短,且并发症发生率低。Objective To study the clinical effect of two thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodule. Methods 75 patients with thyroid nodule,who were received and cured in our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014,were selected and were randomly divided into observation group of 38 cases,and control group of 37 cases according to random number table.To observe and compare the incision length,the intraoperative blood loss,the operation time,the hospitalization time,and the complication rate and so on between observation group which was treated with thyroid nodule operation under cavity mirror,and control group which was treated with traditional open surgery. Results The total effective rate of patients in observation group（94.74%） was obviously higher than which in control group（83.78%）,the indexes of incision length,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time in observation group were lower than which in control group,the complication rate in observation group（10.52%） were lower than which in control group（27.03%）,the differences were statically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thyroid nodule operation under cavity mirror could obviously improve the clinical effect,has the characteristic of less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time and hospitalization time,lower complication rate.
