血清胱抑素C、尿微量蛋白联合检测在2型糖尿病肾损害早期诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胱抑素C、尿微量蛋白联合检测在2型糖尿病肾损害早期诊断中的临床价值。方法选择2013年4月～2015年4月在我院治疗的2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者204例作为观察组,随机选择健康体检者200例作为对照组,联合检测血清胱抑素C和尿微量蛋白水平,应用统计学方法进行对比分析。结果观察组Cys C、尿微量蛋白（MK、α1-MG、β2-MG、TRF）联合检测结果高于健康对照组,各组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论血清胱抑素C是2型糖尿病肾损害早期诊断的敏感指标,联合尿微量蛋白检测,对于2型糖尿病肾损害早期诊断有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical value of cystatin C and high sensitivity C-reactive protein co-detection in diagnosis of early renal damage of type 2 diabetes.Methods204 patients with type 2 diabetes （T2DM） in our hospital from April 2013 ～ April 2015 were selected as the subjects of observation, 200 healthy volunteers were randomly selected as the control group, combined detected cystatin C and urine microalbumin, comparative analysis with statistical methods.Results The combined detection of CysC, MK, α1-MG, β2-MG and TRF in the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that in the healthy control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Cystatin C is a sensitive index for detection of early renal impairment in type II diabetic patients,combined examination of urine microalbumin is very important in early diagnosis of renal impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
