内镜超声诊断胆总管微结石23例临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析内镜超声(EUS)诊断胆总管微结石的临床效果。方法选取我院近半年收治的胆总管微结石患者23例进行临床研究,患者采用CTP、EUS诊断,观察诊断结果效果。结果患者在接受检查和治疗后,均没有出现任何的并发症,两种诊断方式的诊断阳性率分别为CT 52.2%、EUS 95.6%,EUS的阳性诊断率高于CT的诊断率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于CT,内镜超声诊断的准确率更高,在安全性上也更具有优势。ObjectiveTo analysis of micro endoscopic ultrasonography （EUS） in the diagnosis of common bile duct calculi clinical effect.Methods 23 cases of common bile duct calculi patients treated were chosen for clinical research, adopting CTP, EUS in the diagnosis of patients with, observe the diagnosis effect. Results The patients after the examination and treatment, there were no any complications, two diagnosis way of diagnosis positive rate, CT 52.2%, EUS 95.6% respectively, and the positive predictive value of EUS was obviously higher than that of the diagnosis of CT, difference have signiifcant statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with CT, endoscopic ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate is higher, and also has more advantages on safety.
