Q-开关Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Q-开关Nd：YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法随机选取2014年8月～2015年6月我院收治的88例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,采用回顾分析法,将其分为治疗组（41例）、联合组（32例）与对照组（15例）,治疗组主要采用Q-开关激光进行治疗,联合组主要采用Q-开关激光与强脉冲光联合治疗,对照组主要采用中药祛斑面膜进行治疗,对三组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果联合组总有效率为75.0%,治疗组总有效率为51.21%,对照组总有效率为46.66%,通过三组的临床效果比较,联合组和治疗组均取得了良好的效果,三组患者的临床效果比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。其中联合组有1例患者发生色素沉着,无瘢痕,治疗组有3例发生色素沉着,对照组有5例发生皮肤过敏,三组患者的不良反应比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对黄褐斑患者主要使用Q-开关激光与强脉冲光联合治疗,具有副作用少、安全可靠等特点,在临床中取得了良好的效果。Objective To study the Q - switching Nd： YAG laser in combination with curative effect pulsed light treatment of chloasma. Methods88 cases of chloasma patients in our hospital from August 2014～June 2015, they were divided into the treatment group （41 cases）, the joint group （32 cases） and control group （15 cases）, the Q-switching laser treatment, joint group mainly adopts Q-switchingto compare the clinical effect of three groups of patients.Results The total effective rate was 75.0%, effective rate was 51.21%, total effective rate was 46.66%, clinical effect comparison of three groups of patients with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The joint group of pigmentation occurred in 1 patients, no scar, the treatment group with 3 cases of control group have 5 cases clinical groups of patients with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The main use in patients with chloasma Q-switching combination treatment safe and reliable, good results have been achieved in the clinical.
