螺内酯联用曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心衰患者临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨螺内酯联用曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心衰患者的临床效果。方法我院选取2013年1月～2015年5月来治疗的98例冠心病心衰患者作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序把98例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组49例患者。给予对照组常规药物治疗,观察组常规药物治疗的基础上加用螺内酯与曲美他嗪治疗,比较观察临床效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为69%,对照组治疗有效率为90%;观察组治疗后的LVEF、BNP、LVEDD指标均优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对冠心病心衰患者在常规治疗基础上使用螺内酯联合曲美他嗪治疗可将患者心功能有效改善,对提高患者生命质量有重要意义。Objective To study the spironolactone combination of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure.Methods98 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure as the research object in our hospital between January 2013 and May 2015, according to the doctor order 98 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 49 patients. Give control group routine drug treatment, observation group on the basis of routine therapy combined with spironolactone and trimetazidine treatment, compared to observe the clinical effect. ResultsThe observation group the treatment effective rate was 69%, the control group treatment effective rate was 90%. Observation group after treatment of LVEF and BNP, LVEDD index were significantly better than the control group, the differences between the two groups, there is statistical significance （P〈 0.05）.ConclusionOn the basis of routine therapy in patients with coronary heart disease heart failure use of spironolactone with trimetazidine therapy in patients with cardiac function can be effectively improve, has important signiifcance to improve the patients quality of life.
