摘　　要：目的对阎洪臣教授临床应用"补中益气汤"的经验加以总结。方法选取我院收治的1例确诊的慢性B淋巴细胞白血病患者,采用补中益气汤对其展开治疗,观察患者治疗效果。结果患者在用第7付药后,颈部淋巴结的渗出液得到明显控制;用第9付药后颈部淋巴结无渗出液,且皮肤颜色转为浅淡;用第26付药后,患者有皮肤发痒感,甚怕冷明显黄皮症,红皮症;用药30付后,患者各症状及原有症状均得到显著改善。结论补中益气汤对慢性B淋巴细胞白血病患者症状有显著缓解作用,可减轻患者痛苦。Objective To professor Yan Hongchen’s clinical application ＂ Buzhong Yiqi decoction ＂ to summarize the experience of.Methods 1 cases diagnosed in patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia in our hospital, with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the treatment, treatment effect was observed.Results Patients with the 7th pair of medicine, neck lymph node exudate obtained obvious control, with a 9th pair of medicine after cervical lymph node without exudate, and skin color turn pale, 26th pay for drugs, patients with skin itching feeling, very cold obviously xanthosis, erythroderma, medication 30, all symptoms of patients and the original symptoms were significantly improved.ConclusionBuzhong Yiqi decoction on symptoms in patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia have markedly alleviated, can relieve the pain of patients and is worthy to be popularized.
