水胶体敷料预防胺碘酮所致静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多爱肤敷料对胺碘酮所致静脉炎的预防效果。方法将70例采用静脉留置针静脉滴注胺碘酮的患者随机分为观察组34例,对照组36例。对照组给予常规留置针输入胺碘酮,观察组给予应用多爱肤敷料预防静脉炎。比较两组的静脉炎的发生时间及发生率。结果静脉炎的发生时间观察组较对照组延长,同时观察组静脉炎发生率较对照组降低,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用多爱肤敷料可预防胺碘酮所致的静脉炎。Objective To study DuoDerm dressing of amiodarone prevention of phlebitis caused by the effect.Methods 70 patients with venous indwelling needle amiodarone intravenous drip of patients were randomly divided into observation group 34 cases and control group 36 cases. Control group given conventional needle input amiodarone, observation group was given application DuoDerm to prevent phlebitis. Comparison of two groups of time of the occurrence of phlebitis and incidence.Results The occurrence of phlebitis time observation group than the control group signiifcantly extend, at the same time observation group than control group signiifcantly reduced incidence of phlebitis, the comparison, the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Using multiple DuoDerm of phlebitis caused by dressings can prevent amiodarone.
