两种操作方法在老年患者浅静脉留置针输液中的应用对比

摘　　要：目的探讨提高老年患者浅静脉留置针穿刺成功率,延长留置针留置时间,避免患者反复穿刺的护理方法。方法抽取300例需要穿刺浅静脉留置针的老年脑梗塞住院患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各150例。观察组采用改进的送套管方法,对照组以传统的送套管方法,比较两组的一次穿刺置管成功率、置管期间静脉炎的发生情况及留置针的平均留置时间。结果在置管成功率方面观察组优于对照组(P<0.01),置管期间发生静脉炎的情况观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),留置针的平均留置时间方面观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用改进的操作方法能提高静脉留置针穿刺成功率,并降低静脉炎的发生,延长留置针的留置时间,提高工作效率,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To study the improve the elderly patients with superficial venous indwelling needle puncture success rate, extend the needle indwelling time, avoid the nursing methods of patients with repeated puncture.Methods 300 cases with extraction need to puncture of superifcial vein retained needle in elderly patients with cerebral infarction in the hospital, 150 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group each. Observation group with the improved method of casing, the control group in the traditional method of casing compared two groups of a success rate of tube, catheter during the occurrence of phlebitis and average indwelling time of indwelling needle.Results The success rate of catheter in observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）, catheter phlebitis occurred during the observation group is lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the average indwelling needle time observation group is better than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion With the improved operation method can improve the success rate of venous indwelling needle puncture, and reduce the occurrence of phlebitis, extend the indwelling needle indwelling time, improve work efficiency, reducing patient pain.
