打造粮油科技创新工作链,助推行业健康发展

摘　　要：当前,社会组织发展的条件和环境发生了深刻的变化。对于中国粮油学会而言,既获得了难得的发展机遇,又面临着严峻的挑战。特别是近年来随着政府机构的不断改革变迁和行政职能的调整与配置,为学会承接政府转移职能提供了前所未有的机遇。学会及时转变观念,抓住机遇,积极应对,拓展服务内容,逐步探索并开展粮油科技奖励、科技评价和成果推广转化等工作,并加强横向联系,形成科技创新工作链条,促进各项工作更加全面高效,进而促进学会的学术交流、科学普及、学术期刊等传统活动,使学会走上持续、稳定、健康发展的道路。Learned societies, nowadays, witness a great change of furthering development in China. Both favorable opportunities and severe challenges have emerged when Chinese Cereals and Oils Association （CCOA） strives to keep afloat and grow. Institutional and administrative reforms, especially in recent years, have being carried out by Chinese government. These reforms, with no doubt, provide ways for CCOA to take over relevant government duties and functions so as to better serve cereal and oil science community in China. Steps have been taken to follow the trend, involving change in mindset, approach to problem- solving, and expand scope of its services. Works, with recognizing and awarding science and technology contributions, evaluating achievements in cereal and oil sciences and up - to- date technologies, as well as promoting technology application in practice, have been identified and undertaken. Capacity to offer holistic services in a more innovative way has been built by doing so, and thus it enables CCOA to work more effectively in traditional service business when it comes to foster academic exchange, science literacy and journal publishing. All those efforts will in turn, provide CCOA a way to develop its business sustainably.
