摘　　要：目的建立保泰松片含量测定的HPLC方法。方法采用Phenomenex Luna C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水（磷酸调pH至3.0）（70：30）,流速1.0m L/min,检测波长为239nm,柱温为室温,进样体积为10μL。结果保泰松在9.65-96.50μg/m L范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.7%（n=9）,保泰松检测限为2ng。结论该方法操作简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于保泰松片的含量测定。Objective To develop a method for the determination of phenylbutazone tablets by HPLC. Methods A Phenomenex Luna C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile –water[adjusting pH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid]（70 ∶ 30）. The flow rate was 1.0m L/min and the detection wavelength was set at 239 nm. The injection volume was 10μL. Results The linear range of phenylbutazone was 9.65-96.50μg/m L（r=0.9999）, the average recovery was 99. 6% and RSD was 0.7%（n=9）, the limit of detection was 2ng. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with promising sensitivity and reproducibility, and can be used in the determination of phenylbutazone tablets.
