分析直式针与蝶翼针在静脉采血过程中优劣

摘　　要：目的通过比较直式针与蝶翼针采血优缺点,避免蝶翼针取代直式针作为主要采血方式这个误区。方法将2013年12月-2014年12月门诊100例体检者,随机分成两个组,每个组50例。第一组用直式针采血,第二组用蝶翼针采血,对两种采血方式优劣进行研究和回顾性分析。结果两组在采样量准确性、样品质量、采血时间、患者疼痛程度、是否污染环境方面差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论直式针要作为常用、主要的首选采血方式,蝶翼针只能针对特定患者、有选择的使用,避免蝶翼针取代直式针采血这个误区。Objective To compare advantages and disadvantages of straight pin and butterfly wings pin in venous blood, to avoid misunderstanding of butterfly wings pin substitute straight pin as the main blood mode. Methods100 medical examination outpatients from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups,each had 50 cases. The first group used straight pin, the second group used butterfly wings pin, studied and retrospectively analyzed the merits of two blood mode. Results there had significant differences of the two groups in sample volume accuracy, sample quality, sampling time, the degree of pain and whether pollution environment, there had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Straight pin will be as usual, the main mode of choice for blood collection,butterfly wings pin only for particular patients, selective uses, avoiding the misunderstanding of butterfly wings pin substitute straight pin.
