摘  要:目的探讨超声波在诊断早期输卵管异位妊娠中的临床价值。方法选取2012年3月-2015年3月我院就诊的异位妊娠患者85例,所有患者均依次行经腹部和阴道超声检查。对两种超声检查的临床诊断符合率及附件包块、盆腔积液、包块血流、阳性检出率进行比较。结果检查结果显示,"输卵管环"显像、滋养层血流频谱、临床诊断符合率,经阴道超声检出率明显高于经腹部超声,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。经阴道超声的附件包块检出率,包块血流检出率及盆腔积液的检出率分别为98.82%,97.65%,98.82%,显著高于经腹部超声的76.47%,62.35%,78.82%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论经阴道超声在早期输卵管异位妊娠中的诊断率明显提高,值得临床参考应用。Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasonic on diagnosis of early oviducal ectopic pregnancy. Methods 85 patients with ectopic pregnancy, who were visited in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015, were all checked by abdomen and transvaginal ultrasonography in proper order. To compare the coincidence rate of clinical diagnosis, the adnexal masses, the pelvic effusion, the masses blood flow, the positive rate between the two types of ultrasonography. Results The examination results showed that, the imaging of tubal ring, the blood flow spectrum of trophoblast, the coincidence rate, the positive rate of transvaginal ultrasonography were obviously higher than which of abdomen ultrasonography, the difference was statically significant(P〈0.05). The detection rate of adnexal masses, masses blood flow, pelvic effusion of transvaginal ultrasonography(98.82%, 97.65%, 98.82%) were obviously higher than which of abdomen ultrasonography(76.47%, 62.35%, 78.82%), the difference was statically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography on diagnosis of early oviducal ectopic pregnancy has obviously higher diagnostic rate, is worthy of clinical reference and application.
