摘 要:采用水解-缩聚两步法制备聚环氧基倍半硅氧烷微球(PESQ),以其为支化核心,通过辛酸亚锡催化丙交酯在熔融态开环形成支链制备多支化聚乳酸(m-PLLA),利用FTIR,1H NMR,GPC等方法表征m-PLLA的结构。表征结果表明,聚乳酸(PLA)成功接枝到PESQ上,且随丙交酯添加量的增加,m-PLLA先增加支链长度,后增加支链数目,最后支链长度和数目同时增加。考察了m-PLLA作为成核剂对PLA结晶过程的影响。实验结果表明,添加1.0%(w)的m-PLLA10时,PLA的冷结晶温度从121.2℃降至113.4℃,结晶度从15.7%升至31.1%,平均球晶直径从100μm细化至15μm,优于添加等量滑石粉的PLA。Poly(epoxypropoxy) silsesquioxane(PESQ) particles with reactive groups was prepared through hydrolysis-polycondensation, and then multi-branched poly(L-lactic acid)(m-PLLA) was prepared by melting ring-opening of lactide with PESQ as the branching core and stannous octanoate as the catalyst, m-PLLA was characterized by means of FTIR, ^1H NMR and GPC. The results showed that poly(lactic acid)(PLA) was grafted to PESQ successfully. With increasing the lactide dosage, the length of the branched chains of m-PLLA first increased, and then their number increased, finally both the length and the number increased at the same time. The effects of m-PLLA as a nucleating agent on the crystallization of PLA were investigated. Compared to neat PLA, when 1.0%(w) m-PLLA10 was added, the cold crystallization temperature of PLA decreased from 121.2 ℃ to 113.4 ℃, its crystallinity increased from 15.7% to 31.1%, and its average spherulite diameter decreased from 100 μm to 15 μm.
