摘  要:通过FTIR方法对共聚聚丙烯进行表征,利用FTIR谱图建立了测定共聚聚丙烯中乙烯含量的标准曲线。根据标准曲线方程,采用LabVIEW语言设计了共聚聚丙烯中乙烯含量的快速测定系统。测定系统主要包括前面板和框图程序,框图程序中最重要的数据处理模块分别为寻找目标波数和确定乙烯特征吸收峰范围的模块。利用该测定系统对共聚聚丙烯进行了乙烯含量的测定,并与传统FTIR方法进行了比较。实验结果表明,通过测定系统得到的乙烯含量与传统FTIR方法测得的数据非常接近。对于抗冲聚丙烯、无规共聚聚丙烯、三元共聚聚丙烯试样,最大相对偏差分别为-0.99%,1.69%,-3.55%。利用该测定系统计算乙烯含量速度快、准确度高,较传统测定方法节约工作时间,适合工厂质控分析。Polypropylene copolymer samples were characterized by means of FTIR. Based on the FTIR spectra, a standard curve for determining the ethylene contents in the polypropylene copolymers were established. On the basis of the standard curvilinear equations, a rapid measuring system for the ethylene contents in the polypropylene copolymers was developed by means of the LabVIEW software. This measuring system mainly contains a front-panel and a diagram program. The most important data processing modules in the diagram program were utilized to search for the target peak position and determine the range of the characteristic absorption peaks of ethylene. The ethylene contents in the polypropylene copolymers were calculated by using the measuring system. The results showed that the ethylene contents calculated by the measuring system were closed to the data obtained by the traditional FTIR method. For the impact polypropylene copolymer, random polypropylene copolymer and polypropylene terpolyrner samples, the maximum relative error was -0.99%, 1.69% and -3.55%, respectively. This measuring system was rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality monitoring during the production process of the polypropylene copolymers.
