摘 要:轧制力和辊间压力沿辊身方向分布对工作辊磨损的影响是轧机过程中常见现象,而轧辊磨损的存在严重影响了轧制过程中的控制水平,进而制约着产品的质量。针对上述问题,在重点探究轧制力和辊间压力对工作辊磨损影响基础上,基于遗传算法优化工作辊磨损模型参数,建立了四辊中厚板轧机的工作辊磨损数学模型。为了验证工作辊磨损数学模型的可信度,利用该模型计算的磨损量和现场实测值进行了误差对比,结果发现二者吻合较好。研究结果对工作辊磨损的在线预报、改善轧辊磨损和提高产品质量均具有理论指导意义。Distribution of the rolling force and press between rolls along the barrel roll mill affects working roll wearing,which severely impacts on control level in the rolling process,restricting quality of products. Aiming at the above problem,on the basis of investigation of the affect of rolling force and press between rolls on working roll wearing,the parameters of working roll wearing model based on genetic algorithm was optimized,and the working roll wearing model of four- roll medium and heavy plate mill was established. In order to verify the credibility of the working roll wearing mathematical model,the wearing value calculated with the model was compared with the value by measurement and it was found that the results are in good agreement. The results have theoretical significance to online prediction of working roll wearing and improve and improvement of product quality.
