摘　　要：随着校园网多年来的粗放型发展,其规模、业务内容、网络结构对流量控制提出了新的要求.为了改变某高校出口带宽的逐年扩容,用户网络体验却得不到根本提升的矛盾,从核心层、业务接入层、安全监控3个层次构建立体流控策略,并在某高校成功实施,为校园网的精细化管理提供了思路.With extensive development of campus network in these years,its scale,business and network structure are expressing more requirements on traffic control. In order to change the expansion of the exit bandwidth year by year,and less improvement of network users＇ three- dimensional flow control strategy is built from three levels,the core layer,access layer and is security monitoring,and is successfully implemented in universities,which provides a train of thought for the fine management of the campus network.
