芝加哥多中心模式对中国城市转型的启示

摘　　要：芝加哥以产业转型为契机,实现城市经济、社会、文化等全面转型,表现出由制造业到服务业再到高端的知识型服务业、文化服务业的演进历程,其特征表现为实施多中心城市群发展,促进城市郊区化拓展,实施产业多元化战略,促进城市的绿色低碳化转型.芝加哥多中心模式给中国城市转型提供了重要的经验启示,应该树立低碳发展理念,制定多元化发展战略,推动城市服务化转型升级,建立均衡化的基础设施和公共服务体系,促进城市低碳发展与生态转型.Chicago with its industrial restructuring as an opportunity,achieves a comprehensive transformation of city＇s economy,society and culture,which shows the evolution process from manufacturing to high- end knowledge- based services,cultural services,characterized by the implementation of the development of multi center city group,to promote the city＇s suburbanization development,and the implementation of industrial diversification strategy to promote green and low carbon city transformation. Chicago multi- center mode provides the important experience and enlightenment for the Chinese cities＇ transition. So,China should set up the idea of low carbon development,develop diversified development strategy,promote the transformation of upgrading city services,establish the equalized basic facilities and public service system to promote the low carbon development and ecological transformation of the cities.
