摘 要:目的比较茯苓、茯神、茯神木及松根中茯苓酸及总萜类含量差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法,测定茯苓酸含量;采用比色法测定总萜类成分含量。并对不同产地及来源的样品进行成分分析比较。结果茯苓酸含量:茯神木>茯神>茯苓,松根无;总萜含量:松根≈茯神木>茯神>茯苓。结论为茯苓不同饮片的质量控制与评价奠定了基础,并为临床选用茯苓不同饮片提供了科学依据。Objective To compare the contents of pachymic acid and total terpene of Poria,Poria cum Pini Radix,Pini Radix in Poria and Pini Radix. Methods HPLC was used in the determination of content of pachymic acid,colorimetric method was used in analysis of total terpenoid components. Comparison and analysis of total terpenoid components were carried out in different medicinal parts of Poria cocos( Schw.) Wolf from different areas. Results The content of pachymic acid: Pini Radix in Poria 〉Poria cum Pini Radix 〉Poria,and Pini Radix did not. The content of total terpenoid: Pini Radix≈Pini Radix in Poria〉 Poria cum Pini Radix 〉Poria. Conclusion The study provides foundation for quality control and evaluation of different pieces of Poria cocos,and to provide scientific basis for the clinical selection of different pieces of Poria cocos.
