摘  要:目的研究丹参饮片高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱,建立不同级别丹参饮片HPLC指纹图谱及其分级方法。方法运用戴安U3000-DAD-HPLC色谱仪,采用依利特C-18BP(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,以0.8%冰乙酸的甲醇溶液-0.8%冰乙酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长270nm,柱温30℃。采用聚类分析和指纹图谱相似度评价方法分析24批丹参饮片的指纹图谱。结果 24批丹参饮片获得15个共有峰,相似度在0.8以上,样品聚类将饮片分为3类,聚类结果与峰面积比值相关联。结论该方法可作为丹参饮片内在质量评价的依据之一。Objective To investigate HPLC fingerprint of alvia miltiorrhiza slices,and to establish HPLC fingerprint analysis method of different levels in salvia miltiorrhiza slices. Methods The chromatography of Diane U3000- DAD- HPLC was used and C- 18BP( 4. 6mm× 250 mm,5μm) column with 0. 8% acetic acid methanol solution and 0. 8% acetic acid aqueous solution were gradient eluted,the detection wavelength was 270 nm,the column temperature was 30℃. Cluster analysis and the analysis of fingerprint similarity evaluation method were used in evaluating the 24 batches of salvia miltiorrhiza slices fingerprint. Results 24 batches of salvia miltiorrhiza slices obtained 15 common peak,similarity was above 0. 8,sample clustering result could be divided into three categories; the clustering result was associated with the peak area ratio. Conclusion This method can be used as one of the immanent quality judge of salvia miltiorrhiza slice.
