急诊手术后洁尔肛洗剂联合消痔合剂治疗嵌顿痔临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察急诊手术后洁尔肛洗剂联合消痔合剂治疗嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法 150例急性嵌顿痔患者随机分为两组,均采用"外切内扎"的手术方式进行处理后,治疗组给予洁尔肛洗剂联合消痔合剂治疗,对照组给予洁尔肛洗剂联合地奥司明治疗。结果治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2年后随访,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用洁尔肛洗剂联合消痔合剂治疗的嵌顿痔急诊手术患者临床疗效较高,术后并发症少,且复发率低,短期疗效和长期疗效均较高,有利于患者恢复健康,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Benzalconium anal lotion combined with Xiaozhiling mixture in treatment of hemorrhoids incarcerated after emergency surgery. Methods 150 patients were randomly divided into two groups,after treating by using ＂ outside Qienei Zha＂ surgical approach,the treatment group received Benzalconium Xiaozhi mixture anal lotion combined with Xiaozhiling mixture,and control group were treated with benzalkonium anal lotion combined with Diosmin. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; after 2 years,the recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Benzalconium anal lotion combined with Xiaozhiling mixture in treatment of hemorrhoids incarcerated after emergency surgery has higher clinical curative effect,fewer postoperative complications,and lower recurrence rate,the short- term curative effect and long-term curative effect are relatively high,it is beneficial for patients to recover health and improve the quality of life.
