摘　　要：目的观察自制单孔腹腔镜装置在阑尾切除术的应用前景。方法选取2014-02-2015-02期间收治的50例阑尾炎患者,采用自制单孔腹腔镜装置进行腹腔镜阑尾切除术。结果 50例手术均顺利完成,其中43例顺利实施单孔手术,5例增加辅助操作孔手术,2例转开腹手术。全部患者术后随访1-6个月,未见术后并发症,对治疗效果满意。结论利用自制的单孔腹腔镜装置可有效降低手术操作难度,避免对腹壁肌肉组织的损伤,术后疼痛轻,患者的生活质量恢复快。Objective To observe the efficacy of self-made single-hole laparoscopic device for exploring the application of this device in appendectomy. Methods Fifty appendicitis patients from February 2014 to February 2015 were treated by laparoscopic appendectomy using self-made single-hole laparoscopic device. Results All patients completed successfully the surgery,of which 43 patients underwent the single-hole operation and 5 patients were additionally performed the auxiliary operation hole,and 2 patients were converted to open surgery. After followed up for 1- 6 months,no complications were found,and all patients were satisfied with the recovery.Conclusion The self-made single-hole laparoscopic device could reduce the difficulty of operations,avoid the damage of the abdominal wall muscles,reduce the postoperative pain,and lead to a rapid recovery.
