摘　　要：社区管理体制是在由计划经济向市场经济转型,"单位制"解体的背景下产生的。作为一种重要的社会整合机制,其对维护社会稳定、促进社区建设发展起到了积极作用。社会角色理论作为一种重要的研究工具,为社区管理体制的研究确立了一种新的分析框架,有助于更好地分析其角色定位,剖析其遇到的困境,以及找到未来改革的方向。Community management system is the transformation from planned economy to mar- ket economy, which is formed under the background of the disintegration of ＂unit system＂. As an important social integration mechanism, it has played a positive role to maintain social sta- bility and promote the development of community construction. Social role theory, as an impor- tant research tool, has established a new analytical framework for community management sys- tem research, is helpful to better analyze the orientation of its role, analyze the difficulties that it met, and figure out the direction of reform in the future.
