摘  要:为了在制定变压器预防性检修周期时考虑变压器自身可靠性的变化,提出了一种优化可靠性与经济性的变压器检修决策方法。利用二参数威布尔分布描述变压器的故障率及可靠度变化规律,通过役龄回退因子建立考虑预防性检修的故障率函数和可靠度函数,以变压器平均剩余无故障工作时间为检修计划期,以检修计划期内的预防性检修费用、故障检修费用和停电损失之和最小为目标函数,建立了变压器检修周期优化模型。通过对变压器内部部件故障模式的定性定量分析,计算变压器部件检修优先度,确定变压器部件检修方式。算例分析验证了该方法的可行性。In order to consider the variation of power transformer reliability in preventive maintenance cycle determination,a maintenance decision method for power transformer based on reliability and economy optimization is proposed. The failure rate and reliability variation of power transformers are described by two-parameter Weibull distribution. The failure rate function and reliability function are built considering preventive maintenance by using age fallback factors. The average remaining time between failures is regarded as the maintenance planning period. During the maintenance planning period. A maintenance cycle optimization model for power transformer is built based on minimization of the sum of preventive maintenance cost,failure maintenance cost and outage cost. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the failure modes and calculation of the maintenance priority of power transformer components,the maintenance type of power transformer components is determined. Analysis on a test example verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
