摘　　要：“群众路线”乃是中共领导中国革命中战胜敌人的“三大法宝”之一。它是马克思主义群众观中国化的产物．作为近现代中国政治理论中的一个独特且重要的概念．它是贯穿于马克思主义中国化产生的重大理论成果的的灵魂!也是中共区别于其他政党的显著标志之一。在近百年中共“群众路线”形成与发展的历史上，“群众路线”概念是什么时间？最早是谁提出来的？学术界见仁见智。分歧颇大．本文逐一考论、辩正其说，认为：“群众路线”系中国共产党人集体智慧的结晶，“群众路线”的概念最早是由李立三、周恩来、陈毅三人组成的中共“三人委员会”提出来的。＂The Mass Line＂ is one of the ＂three big magic weapon＂ for the Chinese Communist Party （CCP） led the Chinese revolution to defeat the enemy, it is the prnduct of the Marxist mass idea. As a unique and important concept in the theory of modem Chinese political theory, it is the soul which Marxism runs through the significant theatrical resuhs, and it is also one of the extraordinary symbols of CCP＇s difference from the other parties. In nearly a century of the C＇CP＇ s history of formation and development of ＂the Mass Line＂, what time is the concept of ＂the mass line＂ put forward？ Who is the first to put it forward？ We have many kinds of ideas about it. In this paper, the tested rectification says that： ＂the Mass Line＂ is the crystallization of the collective wisdom of CCP, the earliest concept of ＂the Mass Line＂ was put forward by Li Lisan adventnrism, Zhou Enlai and Chen Yi, three of CCP＇s ＂Three Committees＂.
