摘 要:针对某款涡轮增压器在工作中出现的润滑油供油量过大的问题,从优化止推轴承的角度出发,分析了止推轴承润滑机理和供油量的关系。采取了减小止推轴承的长宽比、将双油道供油方式设计为单油道供油方式两种改进方案,并对两种方案进行增压器性能和可靠性试验。试验结果表明改进方案在满足增压器性能和可靠性要求下,润滑油最大供油量较未改进前降低了19.1%,机械效率增加了3%,新方案还优化了止推轴承的结构,为止推轴承的设计提供了参考。For this problem that lubricating oil supply gets excessively high in a turbocharger when it is operating,this paper analyzes the relationship between the lubricant mechanism of the thrust bearing and the lubricating oil supply from the purpose of optimizing the thrust bearing. Two optimized plans are provided by lowering the length- width ratio and changing the double oil passages to single oil passage and test the performance and reliability of the turbochargers. It is verified that the new scheme satisfies the need of turbocharger performance and reliability but also decrease the lubricating oil supply by 19. 1% but increases the mechanical efficiency by 3%. The new scheme optimizes the structure of the thrust bearing,providing a reference for the thrust bearing design.
