摘　　要：通过对我国城市客运标准化发展现状进行调查,梳理、分析了目前我国城市客运标准化存在的问题,并针对问题提出建设性的解决方案和建议。同时,对全国城市客运标准化今后应该加强的重点工作,为我国城市客运标准化发展提供了建设性意见。The paper investigates and sorts the status quo of the standardization of Chinese urban passenger transport and analyzes the existing problems, offering constructive solutions and suggestions on these problems. Meanwhile, it provides constructive suggestions on the priorities and development of the standardization of urban passenger transport in China.
