摘　　要：本文全面梳理分析了我国城市客运标准化发展现状和需求,以及存在的问题,结合城市客运行业管理和企业的需要,提出了城市客运标准体系框架结构图、标准明细表和标准统计表,并从健全机构、完善政策、制定规划、资金支持、人才培养、参与国际标准化活动等7个方面,提出了实施城市客运标准体系表的建议。This paper analyzes the current situation and demand of the standards system of city passenger transportation, as well as existing problems, raises the framework structure, standard specification and standard statistical tables of the standards system by connecting with the need of industry management and enterprise, and, finally puts forward the suggestion on implementing the standards system table of city passenger transportation from the seven aspects of perfecting mechanism, perfecting policy, planning, capital support, talent cultivation and participating in the international standardization activities.
