摘  要:研究宽体沙鳅Sinibotia reevesae精子的形态、密度、p H及水体(沱江-内江段江水、曝气井水、曝气蒸馏水和曝气自来水)、p H(5.5、6.0、6.5、7.0、7.5、8.0、8.5和9.0)对宽体沙鳅精子活力的影响。结果显示:宽体沙鳅精子由头部、中片及尾部三部分构成,头部短径(2.181±0.148)μm,长径(2.525±0.197)μm,中片甚短,光镜下难辨清,尾部长(31.905±2.869)μm;精子密度为(1.443±0.292)×1010ind/m L;p H6.7~7.0;精子在曝气井水中活力最高,其快速运动时间、有效运动时间及寿命分别为(8.82±0.97)s、(15.13±1.18)s和(35.71±2.90)s;精子在p H7.5时活力最强,精子的快速运动时间、有效运动时间及寿命分别为(11.91±1.66)s、(14.87±1.94)s和(38.34±1.67)s。可根据精子形态、密度和p H初步判断精子活力;宽体沙鳅精子激活介质宜采用p H7.5的曝气井水。The shape, density, p H of sperm and the effects of different aqueous solution(water collected in section of Tuojiang-Neijiang river, exposed well water, exposed distalled water, and exposed tape water), and p H(5.5、6.0、6.5、7.0、7.5、8.0、8.5 and 9.0)on sperm motility were investigated in Sinibotia reevesae. The results showed that the sperm had a head(2.181±0.148)μm in width and(2.525±0.197)μm in length, a mid-piece, hard to be seen under a microscope and a long flag about(31.905±2.869)μm in length,with density of(1.443 ± 0.292)×1010 ind/m L and p H of 6.7~7.0. The sperm showed the maximal motility, movement time [(8.82±0.97)s], effective movement time [(15.13±1.18)s] and sperm life time [(35.71±2.90)s] in the well water. Furthermore, the fast movement time [(11.91±1.66)s], effect movement time [(14.87±1.94)s] and long sperm life time [(38.34±1.67)s] were observed in the sperm in the distilled exposed to air with p H of 7.5. It is suggested that the main characteristics of sperm can be regarded as evidences for selecting superior sperm and that the well water with p H 7.5 be the optimal medium for activation of S. reevesae sperm.
