摘 要:提出了爆破震动环境力对军械仓库弹药的影响规律,并制定相应的安全措施。分析了工程爆破震动机理及其对弹药易受震部件的结构影响因素,以确定当量的药包在不同条件下进行爆破试验时的地震波加速度时程数值模拟。在动态力学环境下,以某型箱装弹药为研究对象,建立了关于易受震部件的三自由度弹药震动响应模型,并将数据结果与弹簧共振效应相类比。研究结果表明:当距离大于150倍药包半径时,压缩波变为地震波;质点震动加速度会随单次爆破药量增大而增大,弹药位置与爆破中心距越远且弹药包装箱保护能力越好,共振程度越低。地震加速度时程和共振弹簧模型凸显震动对弹药的峰值破坏作用,体现预防措施的必要性。The impact of blasting vibration from excavation on stock ammunition was put forward and some proposals were given. Taking certain packaged ammunition in different conditions to calculate amount of acceleration, and as the research object to solve this problem, this paper established the three degree-of- freedom model of ammunition vibration based on vulnerable component and obtained the simulation results of the dynamical equations under simple harmonic vibration excitation. The length between ammunition and stock is longer than one hundred and fifty radiuses of ammunition and its wave change to be blasting vibra- tion. The number of acceleration is as larger as explosive equivalent. The length is longer and the carriage is harder, and the degree of resonance is lower. Based on the results and resonated with spring analogy, highlights the damage. Some proposals are necessary.
