自拟中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗日光性皮炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗日光性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 30例日光性皮炎患者在口服自拟中药汤剂的同时外用湿润烧伤膏暴露治疗,每日4次,观察创面愈合情况。结果 30例患者均在治疗5～14 d后基本痊愈,治疗期间未出现不良反应;随访6个月,仅有2例患者复发。结论自拟中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗日光性皮炎疗效显著,具有清热解毒、凉血止痛、除湿止痒、预防感染等作用。Objective To ohserve the efficacy of self-made Chinese herhal soup combined with MEBO in treating solar dermatitis.Methods Total 30 cases of solar dermatitis were treated with self-made Chinese herhal soup combined with external use of MEBO,4 times a day.The wound healing condition was observed.Results All the 30 patients were cured on the whole in 5-14 days after treatment and there is no adverse eflecl during the whole process of treatment.Follow up was performed for 6 months and only 2 cases recurred.Conclusion The self-made Chinese herhal soup combined with MEBO is quite effective in treating solar dermalilis.And it has the effects ol detoxification,cooling pain,dehumidification,anti-itching and preventing infection.
