摘　　要：设计包括区域经济、政务诚信、金融体系、商务诚信、社会诚信和司法公信评价6大部分的区域信用环境评价体系,对区域信用环境进行评价,并将评价结果在适当范围披露,为市县(区)等地方政府推动信用体系建设提供科学、量化的指标体系和评价标准,同时为上级政府考核地方信用建设提供参考。By designing a regional credit environment evaluation system including six parts, i. e. the regional econo-my, government integrity, financial system, business integrity, social integrity and judicial confidentiality, the paper conducts an evaluation of regional credit environment and discloses the evaluation results in the appropriate scope, which provides a scientific and quantitative indicator system and evaluation standard for the local Party and governments in the cities and counties （ districts） when promoting credit system construction, and also provides reference for the superior party and government departments when assessing the local credit construction.
