摘  要:采用数值模拟方法对一汽轮机的离心式主油泵及其稳流网内的流动进行了研究,探究了稳流网的形式对其中流动的影响。计算结果表明:在稳流网上开轴向孔可以抑制其后腔室内的涡流;而稳流网的径向孔深过小时不能有效稳流,流场在稳流网出口处仍未均匀。稳流网的孔径和孔数均通过影响稳流网出口面积与主油泵出口面积的比值而影响其后的压力,针对具体的稳流网,应当通过计算和试验确定合适的孔径和孔数。结论对于工程中选取稳流网的结构尺寸有一定参考价值。This paper focuses on the study of flow in a centrifugal oil pump and the flow-stabling net in a steam turbine. The effect of flow-stabling net's geometry on the flow field inside it is researched. The computation results show that axial holes on the flow-stabling net can depress the vortex in the curve behind it and the depth of the radial holes has effect on the uniform of the flow in it. It also shows that the radius and number of holes affect the outlet pressure through affecting the value of flow-stabling net outlet area divided by pump outlet area. It's proper to define the radius and number of holes through calculation and experiment for specific flow-stabling net.
